I found this easy but tricky :)
Download the flash plug- in
wget http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/libflashplayer-10.0.22.87.linux-x86_64.so.tar.gz
Copy the plugin to the mozilla plug-ins directory
cp /home/usr/libflashplayer.so /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/
That's all !!
